Lamb

Our local Cowichan Valley farm has lush pasture for our sheep to graze. We do not use any hormones or antibiotics of any kind on our lambs. We take great care in providing everything our animals need to make their lives as peaceful and as pleasant as possible. We love our sheep and they get daily attention and care.

The savoury flavour of our lamb is fantastic. It has a rich natural depth to it that lends itself to creative cooking as well as to simple recipes of just salt and pepper.

Our lamb is custom cut and wrapped to your specifications and immediately flash frozen for you to enjoy this local delicacy all year long.
